Oval

Round brilliance, drawn longer.

The fire of a round brilliant, drawn into a soft ellipse so the finger looks slender. An oval also looks larger than a round of the same carat.

About the collection

Oval

Look for a length-to-width ratio between 1.35 and 1.50 for the classic shape. Longer ovals feel more modern; rounder ones, softer.

Many ovals show a faint shadow across the centre, called the bow-tie. We choose stones where it is barely there.
