Diamos – Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy
At Created Gems (Diamos), customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a transparent and supportive process for refunds, returns, and cancellations.
1. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Loose Lab-Grown Diamonds and Coloured Gemstones
- Items purchased during sales or with promotional discounts
- Customized or personalized products
2. Refund & Return Eligibility
- Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, with original tags, and in original packaging
- A valid proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required for processing
3. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
- Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
- To request a cancellation, please contact us before the order is dispatched and provide:
- Your order number
- A brief reason for cancellation
Note: No cancellations, returns, or refunds are allowed on personalized or customized jewellery.

5. Refund Deductions
- A 5% deduction will be applied to all approved refunds to cover transaction and handling charges.
- Additional payment gateway charges will also be deducted from the refunded amount.
6. Refund Processing & Timeline
- Once your request is reviewed and approved, your refund will be processed within 48 hours of receiving the returned product.
- The amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
