1. Order Cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.
- Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not permitted.
- Cancellation requests must be raised promptly with complete order details.
Important: Personalized or customized jewellery cannot be cancelled once the order is confirmed.
2. Return & Refund Eligibility
A return or refund request may be considered under the following conditions:
- The request is raised within 48 hours of delivery.
- The product is unused, unworn, and in original condition, along with:
- Original packaging
- Tags
- Invoice
- Proof of purchase is mandatory.
All requests are subject to inspection to ensure the highest standards of fine jewellery integrity.
3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Loose lab-grown diamonds
- Loose gemstones
- Products purchased during sales, discounts, or promotional offers
- Personalized or customized jewellery
Exception
Personalized or customized jewellery is non-cancellable, non-returnable, and non-refundable, unless the product is found to have a manufacturing defect or there is a seller error.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photos or videos.
Once verified, Diamos will arrange a replacement or refund, including applicable return shipping costs.
5. Return Shipping Responsibility
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or seller error.
- Customers are advised to use only insured and fully trackable shipping, declaring the full value of the item, to ensure safe and secure return transit.
- Diamos shall not be held responsible for loss, theft, or damage during return shipping.
6. Refund Deductions
Approved refunds may be subject to the following deductions:
- 5% handling and processing fee
- Applicable payment gateway or transaction charges
These charges cover inspection, logistics, and administrative handling associated with fine jewellery.
7. Refund Processing Timeline
- Once the returned item is received and approved after inspection, refunds are processed within 48 hours.
- The refunded amount will be credited to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days, depending on the payment provider or bank.
